Baseball Repetitive Exercise Science

One of the best ways to experience the present moment is just being outside with routine and repetitive exercise. Exercise that allows you to breathe and feel into the space that you exist in.

We’ve been conducting experiments on mindfulness and tao presence while doing something simple like hitting a baseball.

Recently one of our members purchased a pitching machine that enables us to load up dozens of baseballs and so we don’t even need a pitcher, just a bat to stand there and wait for the balls to come. When you are able to breathe deep and enter into the moment your concentration is at its highest peaks. It’s incredible and results in higher batting performance.
